For me, I am longing with these kind of foods.  I do really love to make a relyenong bangus (stuffed milkfish) but hate to buy the expensive whole milkfish that frozen for how many days because most of them came from China. In PI you can rest assure that its fresh from the pond when you buy it from the wet market. I know how to debone this kind of fish, and it taste good too.I keep told my mother to cook a  Dinuguan (stew blood) to bring with them when they are fetching us in PI airport (lol) when we are coming home soon. Geez I can't help but salivate when I am thinking of these foods .I'll better cook my own afritada tomorrow morning since I have the complete recipe's I need in my own kitchen. Please bear with me, I am talking foods in here that I am craving this time hahaha.

Hello guys! I am very happy that finally the Mini Laptop that I ordered 2 weeks ago have already arrived. I remembered that I keep bugging my husband to bought a mini laptop for our coming anniversary next month. Bad though (lol), glad that he was convinced and I am very happy that its finally here. I called him earlier to inform that the laptop was arrived, his pretty excited and can't wait to go home. Oh well since I earned online, I'll better look for a Car DVD Player for my husband's anniversary gift. He never ask for it but he surely appreciate it since we never subscribed with the Sirius Satellite Radio on his truck. He started to purchased a DVD last weekend and all I need is to buy him a player. It's a good idea though?  One more thing I'll better browse for my nephew Christmas gift this coming Holiday, he ask for a Portable DVD Player that he can use it wherever he goes. Since we are going home for the Holiday I'll better look for a great deal that fits my budget.

I have a teary eye while watching this video in YouTube.Charice Pempengco have a guest performance with Celine Dion's concert at the  Madison Square Garden in New York City. It was an outstanding ovation when the two did Celine's  "Because You Loved Me" song.  You go girl, and pretty excited to watch in Oprah Show this coming Friday about her appearance in Celine's concert.  Hoping that you are sucessful in your international career. Every Filipinos proud of you! You go girl! Long way to go!

Hurricane Ike, a colossal storm nearly as big as Texas itself, began battering the coast Friday, threatening to obliterate waterfront towns and give the skyscrapers, refineries and docks of the nation's fourth-largest city their worst pounding in a generation.

But even as towering waves started crashing over the 17-foot Galveston seawall and floodwaters rose in low-lying areas, it became clear that many of the 1 million coastal residents who had been ordered to get out refused to do so and were taking their chances.

Authorities in three counties alone said roughly 90,000 stayed behind, despite a warning from forecasters that many of those in one- or two-story homes faced "certain death."

I hope and pray that this monster hurricane will not devastated the properties and losing lives.

I was really upset when I found out that this first blog of mine is not able to grab opps from Triple P. Both of my BJ accounts were demolished (lol). I dont know what they means about quality blogs? I tried to update this blog often eventhough have a PR zero.

After 3 days of weekend escapade we've got home late last night. It's definitely a fun filled weekend for us and enjoyed every minutes of it. I even have a chance to roamed around in the mall for the Labor Day Sale (lol) while hubby enjoying playing golf with his friends.  I am pretty busy this day and I dont have a chance to peek with my computer and still doing some stuffs at this time (waaaaaaaaah) life of a stay at home wife! I am still washing clothes and later I have to fold it.

Glad that hubby loves the fish that I fried for dinner. I dont want to get busy in the kitchen while I'll have a lot of stuffs to be done.  Have a wonderful night everyone!
