
For me, I am longing with these kind of foods. I do really love to make a relyenong bangus (stuffed milkfish) but hate to buy the expensive whole milkfish that frozen for how many days because most of them came from China. In PI you can rest assure that its fresh from the pond when you buy it from the wet market. I know how to debone this kind of fish, and it taste good too.I keep told my mother to cook a Dinuguan (stew blood) to bring with them when they are fetching us in PI airport (lol) when we are coming home soon. Geez I can't help but salivate when I am thinking of these foods .I'll better cook my own afritada tomorrow morning since I have the complete recipe's I need in my own kitchen. Please bear with me, I am talking foods in here that I am craving this time hahaha.
